Highway K-10 has been shutdown after a trailer became detached from the back of a truck and many vehicles crashed into the back of it.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the accident occurred as a pickup truck that was pulling a trailer on westbound K-10, lost the trailer.
The trailer than struck a pickup truck and another Dodge vehicle, both drivers were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital. Traffic was redirected to 83rd Street after the accident occurred.
