A woman, who threw a Halloween party two years ago, is now being charged for serving alcohol to minors. After the party, a drunk driving accident occurred that left one teen dead.

A 19-year-old was recently found guilty of assault and involuntary manslaughter after a 16-year-old passenger that was in the car with him was killed as a result of the crash.

The accident occurred as the teen’s car crossed the center line on Highway 24. His blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit after the crash. Now officials are turning to the woman who supplied the alcohol to the driver. She faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
