Many motorcycle enthusiasts have been hoping for new legislation that would allow those over 21 to be able to ride without wearing a helmet.

Currently Missouri law requires that anyone on a motorcycle must wear a helmet. Motorcyclists have told legislators that wearing a helmet can sometimes be a burden, affecting their ability to hear and impending on the enjoyment of riding.

Motorcycles are a lot of fun but people can be seriously injured on them, especially if they are not wearing protection. If you or a loved one has been injured while riding a motorcycle, contact the Kansas City motorcycle accident lawyers of The Pottenger Law Firm LLC, by calling 816-531-6006.
