A man was struck and killed after a motorcycle accident occurred on Friday.
The accident occurred on 34th Street when a male in his forties was traveling northbound down the roadway and he attempted to pass another northbound vehicle.
As the man attempted to pass, the car made an illegal left turn and collided with the motorcyclist. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead. The Kansas City Police Department is currently investigating the details of the accident at this time.
