An 18-year-old Liberty man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Kansas City on Friday.
According to officials, the accident occurred as the teen was exiting Interstate 635 in Kansas City and he lost control of the vehicle.
The teen did not operate the motorcycle correctly around a curve and this caused him to strike a bridge rail on the roadway. The impact caused the teen to be thrown from the bike as a result of the crash. The teen was wearing a helmet, but was killed due to injuries sustained.
