A man from Ellis, Kansas was killed in a pedestrian accident on Interstate 135.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the 32-year-old man was standing in the middle of the roadway when he was struck by a semi-truck that was pulling two trailers.
Investigators believe that the man was in the car with four other people when he allegedly got into an argument with one of them and got out of the vehicle. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the truck driver was no injured in the accident.
