The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a Kansas-based beef processing company with two repeat and 23 serious violations for exposing workers to dangerous conditions.

Cargill Meat Solutions is a beef processing and packaging company that was investigated by OSHA through its Site-Specific Targeting Program, which looks at companies that have higher than average worker injuries.

The two repeat violations address improperly used flexible cords and a lack of machinery anchorage that they were already cited for in February 2007 and October 2009.
