A 1.75 million dollar settlement for a plaintiff who suffered head and orthopedic injuries after she was struck by a hit-and-run driver. While the insurance companies claimed that the maximum value of the case was only $500,000.00, our attorneys were able to take the case to the Missouri Court of Appeals and the case was later settled for the aforementioned sum.
